Selecting the right air ambulance company to transport  our loved one in the middle of an emergency is daunting. Jet Rescue Air Ambulance  staff is committed to helping you and guide you step by step in this stressful time of need.Our sophisticated call center has several bilingual Customer Service Agents ready to assist you at any given time.We are experts in international repatriations,our extensive knowledge will put you at ease. Our Mission Control Center will assist you with any aspect of the air ambulance transport that requires attention, including (but not limited to):

 

  • Obtaining medical reports and translations.

  • Obtaining insurance benefits.

  • Preflight Medical Clearance.

  • Admission of the patient at an appropriate hospital.(Including finding a Doctor confirming bed availability).

  • Organizing the return of luggage left behind that does not fit in the air ambulance.(Prior Payment arrangements need to be done.)

  • Setting up commercial flights for additional travel companions that do not fit in the air ambulance.

  • Setting up conference calls with third parties involved, banks, doctors or whomever else you need before the air ambulance transport takes place

  • Filing insurance claims.
