Our Air Ambulance Service is supported by our High-Tech Operations Center. All flights are dispatched utilizing CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch).Our customed-made software is a complete data management system for air critical care transport programs.

Jet Rescue Air Ambulance Flight Coordinators,are ready, willing and able to ensure that every aspect of the transport runs smoothly, from the initial telephone call to the admission of the patient at the accepting institution. Our Air Ambulance Specialists are at least bilingual (English-Spanish) and have received extensive training in everything, from transport implementation and weather reporting to tracking duty times and other FAA regulations. The flight Coordination department has the capability and expertise of getting foreign airports open which regularly are not 24 hours.
